SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency claimed it's alarmed about the substantial number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some substantial range of clients/beneficiaries to read more access SASSA services.

“That is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office focused on service the area each day. The provider place made for intervention ordeals a significant inflow of likely beneficiaries, which makes it tough for your Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra methods to permit the servicing of all consumers and improve usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
